Orange (Supported Independent Living)

This purpose-built SIL home in Orange has been designed to support people with disability, including those with mobility impairments and high support needs. Featuring accessible living spaces, built-in ceiling hoists, and wheelchair-friendly design throughout, the home provides a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents.

There is currently one vacancy available. The home would best suit a participant with high medical needs who uses a wheelchair and requires accessible bedroom, bathroom, living, and transport arrangements. The current residents are three females aged between 59 and 68 and one male aged 55. Residents enjoy spending time together watching movies, sharing meals, going for drives to Lake Canobolas, and participating in activities such as painting and reading.

To apply for this home, you will need Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding included in your NDIS plan.
