Boys to the Bush

Empowering youth: How Boys to the Bush and Kirinari are making a difference together

About Boys to the Bush

Boys to the Bush Ltd. is a registered not-for-profit, community-based charity that focuses on preventative and early intervention strategies for disconnected and vulnerable young males. The organisation has a proven history of engaging and improving outcomes for some of our communities’ most vulnerable youth.

Our partnership

The values of our organisations are closely aligned and are centred around supporting disadvantaged people in rural and regional Australia to live a good life. We recognise the absolute importance of giving young people a positive start in life, and often this means the collaboration of services to deliver the best outcome.

The Breakfast Club

We’ve teamed up to make a real difference in the lives of the boys supported through Boys to the Bush, and one of these projects is the Breakfast Club.

The Breakfast Club is all about making sure boys who come for MENtoring sessions with Boys to the Bush start their day with a good meal.

We all know how crucial it is to nourish both body and mind for a positive start to the day. Kirinari’s Social Enterprise, Rise Espresso, chips in to help fund this Breakfast Club. It’s a simple but powerful way for both organisations to work together and make sure these boys have the support they need.
