This includes assessments such as Functional Capacity, Specialised Disability Accommodation, Supported Independent Living, Complex Home Modification, Aged Care, Manual Handling, and Assistive Technology. And if staying at home isn’t safe for you, they’ll work with you to explore other options that can help you reach your goals.
