Occupational Therapy with Kirinari

Occupational Therapy at Kirinari is part of the wider Kirinari Allied Health Team.

The primary goals of Kirinari’s occupational therapy service are to enable people to live life in a way that they wish including, engaging in meaningful activities.

Daily activities can include self-care and household activities, accessing their home and community, caring for others, working, volunteering, and engaging in hobbies, interests and social activities.

Through our comprehensive assessment process, our Occupational Therapy team will assess and then support people to live independently in their home through the recommendation of equipment, assistive technology, and home modifications.

If living at home is no longer a safe or viable option for you, the team can work with you to make recommendations that suit the life you wish to live.
