Maggie holds a Master’s in Social Work and has experience in case management, working with complex individuals/complex family situations and working with people with a disability.
Maggie’s main goal is to offer a person-centred, customer-driven approach to your support needs, with a key focus on NDIS and mainstream support, as well as community, cultural and family access.
Maggie will seek to understand your needs, goals and aspirations and work with you to build a support team that is focused on identifying and addressing any potential barriers to success.
Once your support team is finalised, Maggie will stay on the journey with you to ensure she knows of any bumps along the way, whilst strengthening your ability to coordinate and manage the support services she has helped you set in place. If required, Maggie can navigate any crisis situations with you and support long-term sustainable resolutions.
Maggie prides herself on staying close and working with you to seek improvement on the support you receive, getting you closer to achieving your goals and life achievements.
Maggie can complete both Level 2 Support Coordination as well as Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. Maggie is also supported by our team of more than 20 Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators and Psychological Coaches who work with her at Kirinari.
