We can visit you, wherever you’re most comfortable, and work together with you, helping you achieve your goals.

    Skillful assessments

    Our skilled team will see how you manage daily tasks and recommend tools or changes to your home that might make these tasks easier. This may include Occupational Therapy assessments such as Functional Capacity, Specialised Disability Accommodation, Supported Independent Living, Complex Home Modifications, Aged Care, Manual Handling, Assistive Technology. And if staying at home isn’t safe for you, they’ll work with you to explore other options to help you reach your goals.
