Rise is Kirinari’s new social enterprise empowered by the Jigsaw model. 

Coming in late 2023, Rise trains and transitions people with disability into mainstream award wage employment.

It’s an innovative pathway to open employment that builds skills and training within a real workplace setting. 

Our approach is holistic and starts with foundational work-readiness training. Once the basics are in place, trainees can progress through stages and transition to mainstream employment. 

At the end of the program, trainees will have gained transferable skills relevant to a broad range of workplaces and paid professional experiences.
